With the Clean Sky 1 programme coming to an end, Clean Sky’s management wanted to evaluate the satisfaction level of its stakeholders regarding the programme and about Clean Sky JU in general.

The mission? EU-turn was responsible for the development of the survey, its deployment and the evaluation of the feedback.

The proposal? EU-turn built an effective digital questionnaire that allowed us to segment Clean Sky JU target audiences in subcategories and develop several scenarios accordingly. The collected data were compiled into a report, serving as a base to improve some of Clean Sky’s processes. The results? The survey helped Clean Sky understand the full impact and the effects of its programme and they decided eventually to review their strategy to ensure the success of Clen Sky 2.
