The brief Due to the pandemic, IED had to change the format of their typical on-site events and sought support to come up with an alternative solution.
Our proposal EU-turn first analysed IED’s specific needs before agreeing to a format which it organized for them. Additionally, EU-Turn redesigned IED’s newsletter and produced short animations and posts to communicate about the event on their social media. Finally, we delivered a highlights video to be used as an engaging piece of content on their social platforms after the event.
We’re proud of the impact of the communication campaign launched on social media and how each new post fostered more registrations. Besides, the use of engagement tools, Q&A and polls, during the event made it interactive and cheerful. IED keeps trusting EU-turn for every new virtual event.
