Role

As a Communication Consultant you will play a leading role in our energetic and tight-knit team, leveraging your extensive experience to advise our clients. You will liaise with a broad network of freelancers and suppliers, and will report directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Forge strong partnerships with clients and partners.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients based on their communication needs and objectives.
Lead and manage communication projects from inception to completion, delivered on time and within budget ensuring excellent client satisfaction and engagement.
Develop project roadmaps, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage project teams effectively.
Propose and implement tailored communication strategies, campaigns and events.
Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Driven individual and team player with a genuine desire to contribute to positive impact projects in the European field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political science,
or a related field.
+5 years of professional communications experience working on European projects
in agencies, associations or federations. Agency experience is desirable.
Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
Strong understanding of the European policy landscape.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, including budgets and related finances.
Exceptional people management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
