The brief Clean Aviation, the EU’s leading research and innovation programme flying the flag for sustainable aviation technologies sought our support to formalise and optimise their approach to digital communications through a dedicated strategy.

Our proposal To enable Clean Aviation to better understand how to harness the potential of digital channels and to stay abreast of developments we adopted a two-step approach:

A comprehensive and hands-on strategy assessing the status quo, exploring the scope of channels and audiences available, laying out a concrete content strategy and activation plan, and identifying relevant KPIs to facilitate continued improvement.

A follow-up audit using state of the art analytics tools to assess Clean Aviation’s overarching performance 6 months after activating the digital strategy.
