The brief To support the European Defence Agency in the organisation of their flagship Annual Conference, a very high-level event bringing together key players of the European defence community and high-ranking European policymakers in an effort to strengthen European defence capabilities.

Our proposal From venue scouting, to catering, photography, risk assessment, live-streaming, design and production of all visual assets, and managing relations with all stakeholders we covered all bases to put on quite the show for the 1,700 virtual and more than 300 in-person participants. EU-turn ran with EDA a full-scale operation that required a pro and totally bulletproof sense of organisation.

We’re proud of delivering a polished and engaging event featuring high-level, pan-European speakers including the President of the European Commission and the President of the European Council and maintaining a strong and long lasting collaboration with EDA in the support of their Annual Conference.
