The brief

To support the European Defence Agency in the organisation of their flagship Annual Conference, a very high-level event bringing together key players of the European defence community and high-ranking European policymakers in an effort to strengthen European defence capabilities.

Our proposal

From venue scouting, to catering, photography, risk assessment, live-streaming, design and production of all visual assets, and managing relations with all stakeholders, EU-turn collaborates with EDA to run a full-scale operation for upwards of 1,700 virtual and 300+ in-person participants.
