How to ensure your website meets your stakeholders’ needs and expectations?
Europe’s Rail’s UX review

The brief

To optimise the performance of Europe’s Rail’s website and to improve overall user satisfaction.

Our proposal

To conduct a comprehensive UX review of the website we analysed existing content management practices, identified key stakeholder groups, performed user tests, conducted an expert review of the site navigation, tested the new navigation and finally created wireframe mock-ups.

We’re proud of

laying the groundwork for a modern, user-centric website that is professional, performant and simple to navigate. We’re confident that users can easily access and understand important information, complete tasks efficiently and have a positive experience using Europe’s Rail’s website. This strategic and methodical process not only facilitates the design phase in the short term but more importantly, saves time and funds, and boosts brand reputation in the long run.
