Union Syndicale Bruxelles’s 360° electoral campaign

The brief

Union Syndicale Bruxelles (USB), the largest union in the European Public Service deals with cases from across the European institutions, as well as the entire European public sector.

For the 2021 European Commission Local Staff Committee Elections, USB sought to build on the success of their 2018 campaign to deliver an impactful and engaging campaign.

Our proposal

Online, offline, we covered all bases with our 360° #CallingForBetter campaign, crafted to maximise visibility despite the complex context of COVID-19 teleworking conditions. Built around the 6 key electoral priorities, we launched a 6-part multilingual podcast series, a modern, user-friendly website, a hybrid paid and organic social media campaign, a comprehensive email campaign, a digital and printed poster and leaflet… the whole package. To further boost impact we adopted an agile approach and used top notch analytics tools to monitor the campaign’s performance from start to finish.
